I am offering Medical Reiki sessions at a discounted rate to practice on as many people as I can. I'm now officially a Certified Medical Reiki Master and can go into treatment centers, surgery centers, hospitals, etc., to support you on your journey in a safe, compassionate way. It simply requires approval from the medical facility, your surgeon... and, of course, YOU!

 

Medical Reiki is a complementary health approach in which practitioners place their hands lightly or just above a person, with the goal of directing energy to help facilitate the person's own healing response. It's based on an Eastern belief in an energy that supports the body's innate or natural healing abilities. - National Institute of Health

Medical Reiki activates the parasympathetic nervous system which creates calm, creating balance and allows the body to receive the medical treatments needed at the highest level possible to combat disease. The body is reminded of how to actively heal itself, creating better results.

Everyone going through illness or surgery should be afforded the ability to not only survive their treatments, but thrive once the treatments are over. Medical Reiki assists in this process.

Those who receive Medical Reiki during medical treatments/surgeries often have less down time, less need for pain medication and are supported and heard during the process.

We will design a treatment plan for prior to your surgery, during, and after. If able, I can accompany you into your pre-op area to provide calming comfort. If the treatment staff and medical facility approve, I can also go with you into the operating room and post-op areas to provide Reiki during those times. This will all be done with the necessary paperwork required according to the facility guidelines.
